Terms of Use

1. Who we are

This website, amazingcruises.com, is operated by Amazing Cruises, Inc., a Florida corporation with its principal office at 1000 5th Street, Suite 200, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States ("Amazing Cruises", "we", "us"). We are a luxury cruise travel advisory, a member of the Virtuoso network, and an IATA member in good standing.

Amazing Cruises, Inc. is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST-31932.

By using this site or opening a My Amazing Cruises account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is, and is not

Amazing Cruises is a reference site and a way to reach a travel advisor. You can browse cruise lines, ships, destinations and individual sailings, save sailings to an account, and contact us.

You cannot book or pay for anything on this site. Nothing here is an offer that you can accept. A booking exists only when an advisor confirms it with you directly and the cruise line issues a confirmation.

3. Fares, availability and itineraries

Please read this section.

  • How fares are shown. Unless a sailing says otherwise, fares are per person, based on double occupancy, in US dollars, for the cruise only, and show the lowest available fare for each suite category. A fare marked "includes air" includes the air described with it. The "Traveling solo" option shows an estimated fare for one guest.
  • Not included. Government taxes, fees and port charges are not included in the fares shown, and neither are optional items such as travel insurance, unless stated.
  • Fares change. Fares come from the cruise lines, are capacity controlled, and can change or sell out at any time. A fare shown here is a guide, not a quotation or a guarantee.
  • Inclusions differ between lines. Drinks, gratuities, excursions, Wi-Fi and air are included by some lines and charged by others. We describe these as accurately as we can, but the cruise line's current terms govern.
  • Itineraries change. Cruise lines alter ports, times and routes for weather, operational and other reasons. Itineraries are shown as supplied to us.
  • Errors. Despite our care, a fare or detail may be shown in error. We are not bound by an obvious error, and we will correct it when we find it.
  • Your advisor confirms the real price. Please rely on the price your advisor confirms in writing, not on a figure on this site.

4. When you book through us

When you book a cruise through an Amazing Cruises advisor:

  • We act as your travel advisor and as an agent for the cruise line. We do not own or operate ships, and we are not the cruise line.
  • The cruise line's passenger contract (ticket contract) governs the cruise itself, including payment schedules, deposits, cancellation and change fees, refunds, itinerary changes, carriage and the cruise line's liability. Your advisor will tell you how to read it before you book.
  • Travel documents and health requirements are your responsibility: valid passports, visas, vaccinations and any other entry or health documents for every port and for your return. Your advisor can point you to official sources.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical care and evacuation.
  • Special needs. Please tell your advisor about accessibility, medical or dietary needs before you book, so we can check them with the cruise line.

A separate booking confirmation from us sets out the details and any additional terms of your booking.

5. Brochures

Brochures produced from this site are free, need no registration, and may be shared for personal use. They reflect information at the moment they were produced and carry that date; a brochure kept for weeks may be out of date.

6. My Amazing Cruises accounts

  • Who can open one. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Signing in. We sign you in with a one-time code or link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email address secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Accurate information. Keep your details accurate, and do not enter another person's details without their permission.
  • Advisors can see your account (name, contact details, headshot, saved sailings) so they can help you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Closing your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm the site or others.

7. Communications

  • Email. By sending an inquiry or opening an account you agree that we may email you about that inquiry, your account and your saved sailings. Marketing email is sent only if you asked for it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Text messages and calls. We text or call you only with your express consent, for example when you ask us to contact you by text. Reply STOP to any text to stop them. Message and data rates may apply. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry.
  • WhatsApp. Conversations through our WhatsApp link take place on WhatsApp and are subject to its terms.
  • Not for emergencies. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. If you are traveling and need immediate help, contact the cruise line or the emergency number on your travel documents.

8. Content and intellectual property

The site's design, text, software, brochures and the images we own or license belong to Amazing Cruises or its licensors. Cruise line names, ship names, logos and ship photographs belong to their respective owners and are used with permission or to identify their products. Explora Journeys, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Seabourn are trademarks of their respective owners.

Illustrative images. Some destination and lifestyle images on the site are illustrations created for Amazing Cruises, including with artificial intelligence. They are meant to convey the feel of a destination and do not depict a specific ship, port, suite or experience. Ship and suite photographs come from the cruise lines.

You may view, print and share pages and brochures for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, harvest, frame, republish or resell content or fare data from the site, use automated means to access it (other than as search engines ordinarily do), or use it to build a competing service.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: Mark Zilbert, Amazing Cruises, Inc., 1000 5th Street, Suite 200, Miami Beach, FL 33139, alerts@amazingcruises.com. Include the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act: the work, the material and where it appears, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your signature.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to other people's accounts; interfere with its operation or security; get around our bot protection; or submit false information or another person's details through our forms.

11. Other websites

Links to cruise lines and other websites are for convenience. We do not control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave ours.

12. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it, particularly fares and availability, is accurate or current at the moment you read it.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Amazing Cruises is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on fares, availability or itinerary information shown on this site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing here affects duties we owe you as your travel advisor once you book through us.

14. Resolving disputes

If you have a concern, please tell us first. Most things are resolved with a phone call.

  1. Notice. Write to us at the address below describing the issue and what you want. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
  2. Mediation. If it is not resolved, either of us may start non-binding mediation in Miami-Dade County, Florida, with the mediator's costs shared equally.
  3. Arbitration. If mediation does not resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
  4. Individual claims only. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
  5. Small claims. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.

Where this section does not apply: if the law where you live does not allow pre-dispute arbitration or class waivers in consumer contracts (for example in Quebec), or gives you the right to go to your local courts, those rules apply instead and this section applies only as far as that law allows.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Subject to section 14, the state and federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you live outside the United States, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country or province that cannot be changed by agreement, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. We post each new version here with its effective date and keep earlier versions available through the "Previous versions" link. If a change is material, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site and, if you have an account, by email before it takes effect. Using the site after a new version takes effect means you accept it.

17. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms, with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement about your use of the site. The terms of any booking are set out separately, as described in section 4.
