Information

We accept most major
credit cards for payments made on your cruise. You'll have
piece-of-mind knowing that your credit card is charged directly by
the cruise line.
PAYMENTS
You will be notified
by telephone when your payment has been received. You may make
your payment by any of the following means:
Please note that by
giving us your payment credit card information you are accepting the
cruise line booking terms. These terms are published in the
cruise line brochure. Once you have made your deposit/payment, you
will receive an invoice by mail.
In all
subsequent payment correspondence, please remember to include your
BOOKING NUMBER, your NAME, the SHIP and SAILING DATE of your cruise.
CANCELLATIONS
Once you have booked a
cruise with Amazing Cruises, you will receive an invoice by mail.
The invoice will show a final payment date. If you
cancel your cruise by 12:00 noon Pacific Time on the final payment
date, your cruise will be canceled without penalty. If you
cancel your cruise after this time, you will be subject to cruise
line penalties. It is your responsibility to check the cruise
line brochure for penalty information. Although it is not
our usual policy to impose our own cancellation fee, we reserve the
right to charge a cancellation fee of as much as 1.5% of your total
invoice amount.
If
you need to cancel your cruise, you must notify us
in writing AND by
telephone. You should either fax or mail your cancellation
request to us, and then CALL us to notify us of the cancellation.
You must speak to an agent directly, we cannot accept cancellation
requests left in voice-mail. The agent will then acknowledge
your cancellation and advise you of any penalties (if applicable). Until
you receive an acknowledgement from us do not assume that your
cruise has been cancelled.
